The preparation has been cross-adsorbed against human IgD, IgG and IgM to ensure class specificity.

Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.

Antiserum Preparation
Antisera to human IgA were raised by repeated immunisations of goats with human IgA paraproteins. The preparation was purified by affinity chromatography on pooled human IgA covalently linked to agarose.
