CD25 MicroBeads II are developed for depleting or isolating CD25+ cells from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), lymphoid tissue or in vitro stimulated lymphocytes. CD25, the lowaffinity interleukin-2 receptor alpha chain (IL–2Ra), is expressed on activated T cells, B cells, NK cells and monocytes as well as on CD4+ regulatory T cells.
